Fees & Payments

Payment Methods:

I provide therapy on a fee-for-service basis.  Although I am not “in network” with insurance companies, most insurance companies reimburse for a percentage of my services; however, this is something that you are responsible for finding out from your insurance company.  You will pay me upfront for services, and then I will give you a receipt with coding so that you can get reimbursed by your insurance company, if they pay for “out of network providers.” On average most clients are reimbursed somewhere between 50% and 80% for services. Most insurance companies reimburse within about 30 days.

Payment:  

  • American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover.
  • Zelle bank transfer

Your credit card is charged the morning of your session.  If you choose to use Zelle, I request that you do so prior to the time of our session.

Fees:

  • $240 for Initial Therapy Session (60 minutes)
  • $165 for Follow-up Therapy Sessions (45 minutes)

If you need me to write reports, speak to you or another provider for more than 10 minutes, or provide other services, I will charge you for the portion of the hour required on a prorated basis.
